About WIRA

The Western Idaho Racing Association was established on November 1, 1970 as a means to improve racing for Stock Car Divisions at Meridian Speedway. Over the years, W.I.R.A. has played many roles with the changes in automobile racing, promoters and the community to develop and evolve into what it has become today. The Western Idaho Racing Association now promotes the union of all of the thirteen racing divisions and strives  for the betterment of racing within the community.pixel1 pixel1
